3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
4. Refund Process

- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
5. Return Shipping

Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection approval. Customized items cannot be exchanged.

Orders can only be cancelled before production or dispatch. Once an order has been processed or customized, cancellations are not permitted.

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted elements and are not considered defects.
